摘 要:针对如何科学判定企业精益管理推进阶段的问题,文章在明确企业精益管理推进阶段的基础上,基于模糊贴近度提出一种企业精益管理推进阶段的判定方法。通过分析,提取了10个特征指标,用以描述精益管理推进的"点、线、面、体"各阶段的特征模式,采用模糊贴近度的多目标算法确定特征指标对各阶段特征模式的非对称贴近向量,并通过TOPSIS法确定正负理想等级,在此基础上,确定企业精益管理推进所处的阶段。为企业科学确定精益管理推进阶段以及后续依据推进阶段选择合适的精益管理战略提供了参考。Aiming at scientifically judging the issue of which advancing stage companies are in when they apply lean management,this paper proposes a judgement method based on fuzzy nearness,after explicitly knowing the advancing stage of enterprise lean management. Ten character indicators are picked up in this method to describe the four stages of "Point,Line,Surface and Solid"of enterprise lean management to find out their characteristic mode. The Multiple Target Algorithm of fuzzy nearness is adopted to calculate the fuzzy proximity vector which connects the character indicators with the characteristic mode of the four stages. TOPSIS is also adopted to decide the positive or the negative ideal level,and then the advancing stage of lean management is able to be determined. This method can also provide a reference for assisting the managers to identify which advancing stage of lean management the company is in and choosing the suitable strategy of advancing lean management.
