摘 要:为了分析穿越河道管道泄漏后天然气在漏孔角度和河流速度影响下的迁移扩散规律,建立穿越河道天然气管道泄漏扩散的计算流体动力学(CFD)数值模型,利用FLUENT建模并模拟管道漏孔方向与水平方向夹角呈30°、60°、90°、120°和150°时不同河流速度条件下气体在河水中的扩散过程。结果表明,气体到达水面的时间和水平迁移距离随漏孔角度变化不敏感,而其与河流速度的关系为正相关。无量纲分析进一步证实了此结论。在此基础上,采用高斯非线性拟合得到气体水平迁移距离与河流速度和漏孔角度的定量关系式,其中拟合确定系数大于0.99。此结果可为穿越河道管道天然气泄漏风险评价和事故后应急策略的制定提供一定的理论指导。For analyzing the gas spread rules of crossing pipeline under river after gas leakage under different angle of leak hole and velocity,a corresponding computational fluid dynamics numerical model is established.Gas spread process in different water velocity is simulated underwater based on FLUENT,and the angle of leak hole is 30°,60°,90°,120°and 150°.The simulation results show that the time of gas spread reaching water surface and the distance of gas spread horizontal migration is less affected by the angle of leak hole.However,they are proportional to water velocity.In addition,the data of simulation results are analyzed by dimensionless analysis method and the trend is proved by its results.At last the equation among the distance of natural gas horizontal migration and water velocity and the angel of leak hole are achieved by Gaussian non-fitting,and their fitting coefficients are greater than 0.99.These results can provide theoretical guidance for risk assessment of gas leakage from crossing pipeline under river and emergency strategies after accident.
