摘　　要：目的探讨ASD儿童与正常体重儿童的体成分差异和肥胖状况,为开展ASD儿童的综合干预提供依据。方法应用Inbody J 30体成分测试仪,对48例ASD儿童和按年龄—性别匹配的48名正常儿童的身高、体重、体脂含量、身体总水分、蛋白质、无机盐、骨骼肌等体成分指标进行测量,并联合应用体质量指数（BMI）、体脂率（PBF）、腰围（WC）3种评价标准评定ASD儿童和正常儿童的肥胖状况。结果 ASD儿童的身体总水分、蛋白质、体脂量、去脂体重等含量以及PBF,BMI指标均明显高于正常儿童,差异均有统计学意义（t值分别为2.67,3.11,2.84,2.69,2.05,3.49,P值均〈0.05）;按BMI,PBF,WC评价标准,ASD儿童肥胖检出率均明显高于正常儿童,差异均有统计学意义（χ^2值分别为6.071,6.026,5.978,P值均〈0.05）。结论 ASD儿童与正常儿童的体成分和肥胖检出率存在差异。在针对ASD儿童进行康复教育训练的同时,应加强膳食行为指导、开展综合干预。Objective To understand body composition and nutritional status of Autism Spectrum Disorder（ ASD） children, and to provide basis for comprehensive promotion among children with ASD. Methods A cluster sample of 48 ASD children and 48 age- and gender- matched healthy children were recruited. Height, weight, body fat mass, total body water, protein, mineral and skeletal muscles mass was measured by Inbody J 30. Body mass index（ BMI）, percentage of body fat（ PBF） and waist circumference（ WC） was calculated and compared between the two groups. Results Total body water, protein, body fat mass, fat free mass, PBF, BMI in ASD group were significantly higher than normal group（ P〈0.05）. According to BMI, PBF and WC, Proportion of obesity based on different indicators（ BMI, PBF and WC） was significantly higher among children with ASD than normal children（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion There are significant differences in body composition and nutritional status between ASD and normal children. Comprehensive health promotion including dietary advice should be carried out among ASD children.
