摘 要:野生灌木水栒子和牛奶子是两种园林应用价值很高的花灌木,通过技术开发,使其适应于当地的气候水土条件,丰富人们对园林植物种类和景观的季相变化的要求。文章以两者为研究对象,在温室内采用全光照自动喷雾技术下的扦插试验,并分别对两种野生观赏灌木进行对比,研究其嫩枝、半木质化枝条、木质化枝条3种不同扦插影响的差异,以及在生根过程中生理指标(相关酶活性、营养物质)的动态变化。对比结果显示:两种野生观赏灌木扦插平均成活率牛奶子高于水栒子,枝条扦插成活率由高到低依次为嫩枝、半木质化枝、木质化枝。Shui Xunz and Niu Naiz are two shrubs with high application value in gardens. Through the development of technology, the two shrubs were adapted to local climate and soil conditions, enriched garden plant species and met landscape seasonal change requirements. Taking them as the research object, this paper carried out cutting experiment through all-optical automatic spray technology in the greenhouse, and made comparisons to study cutting differences of softwood, semi woody of branches, and lignified branches, and dynamic changes of physiological indexes(enzyme activity and nutrients) in rooting process. Results showed that the average cutting survival rate of Niu Naiz is higher than that of Shui Xunz, and the ranking of cuttings survival rate from high to low is as follows: twigs, semi woody of branches, and lignified branches.
