“5+3”培养模式下临床医学硕士专业学位研究生的综合能力培养思路探索

摘　　要：随着临床医学"5+3"临床医学人才培养模式的试点和全国推广,新形势下专业学位研究生的能力培养成为了热点讨论话题。通过对本校学生的调研及与其他院校研究生教育管理人员的交流,发现临床专业学位研究生培养方面还存在着诸多问题,如缺乏对导师组的监督与培训、课程模式单一传统、学生沟通交流技巧匮乏、忽视科学研究等。为培养优秀的临床医疗人才,针对现存的问题提出完善临床医学硕士专业学位研究生综合能力的思路。With the clinical medicine＂5＋3＂trainning mode and the national promotion, the ability of professional degree graduate students in the new situation has become a hot topic. Through investigation from students in our school and communication with other universities,we found that there are a lot of problems such as the lack of supervision and trainning of tutor group, simple course mode, less communication skill of students, ingoring scientific research. In order to cultivate clinical talents, we propose the idea of improving the Comprehensive ability of professional degree graduate students.
