摘 要:目的 :评价四手操作技术与传统护理配合在光固化树脂直接粘接托槽中的差异。方法 :收集2015年1~12月接受固定矫治的错牙合畸形患者100例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各50例。两组均为同一医师操作。采用美国Ormco公司光固化型牙釉质粘接树脂,选用杭州新亚MBT正畸托槽。实验组上半口托槽粘接由正畸医师和护士四手操作完成,对照组由同一正畸医师独立完成,分别统计操作时间及正畸托槽粘接位置准确性及24小时后复诊的托槽脱落率,托槽粘接位置准确性由两名高级职称正畸医师检查。结果:实验组平均操作时间21.35±4.60min少于对照验36.51±5.20min,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);实验组602个托槽中粘接位置准确的有563个,对照组596个托槽中粘接位置准确的有508个,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);实验组24小时后复诊实验组602个托槽脱落29个(4.75%)与对照组596个托槽脱落38个(脱落率5.91%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论 :四手操作可以减少托槽粘接时间,增加托槽粘接的准确性。Objective: To evaluate the difference between the four-handed technique and the traditional nursing cooperation in bonding orthodontic bracket using light-cured resin. Methods: 100 patients with malocclusion receiving fixed orthodontic treatment were enrolled from January to December 2015. They were randomly divided into erperimental and control group, 50 cases in each group. The same orthodontist performed the operation. Used light-curing resin adhesive enamel(Ormco)and MBT orthodontic brackets(shinye). Experimental group of half-mouth bracket was bonded by the four- handed dentistry, the control group independently by the same orthodontist. Recorded operation time, accuracy of bracket location and expuldion rate of bracket after 24 hours respectively, the accuracy of bracket location were examinated by two senior orthodontists. Results: The mean operation time of experimental group were 21.35±4.60 minutes, the control group were 36.51±5.20 minutes, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01). In experimental group,there were 563 out of 602 brackets having accurate bonding position,and 508 out of 596 in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant(P〉0.05). The average expuldion rate of brackets after 24 hours in the experimental group was 29 out of 602(4.75% failure rates)and 38 out of 596 in the control group(5.91% failure rates), the difference was not statistically significant(P〉0.05). Conclusion: The four-handed operation in orthodontic can reduce bonding time and increase the accuracy of ihe bracket bonding.
