摘　　要：本文分析了青海旅游业发展过程中所存在的一些问题,如旅游业从业人员素质偏低、旅游资源宣传力度不够、旅游交通发展滞后等,针对这些问题提出了相应的解决对策,以实现青海旅游业的可持续发展。This paper analyzes the problems in the development of tourism in Qinghai, such as low quality of tourism practitioners,insufficient publicity of tourism resources, tourism traffic development lag and so on, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve these problems, in order to realize the sustainable development of tourism industry in Qinghai.
