摘　　要："龙头企业带动型"是我国最重要的农业产业化经营组织形式,在各地农业产业化过程中被广泛发展使用,企业在实现利益目标的同时引导地方农业生产、深化农产品加工、开拓市场,客观上起到带动农户增收、促进地区发展作用,社会效益显著。但近年来该模式在实际运行中产生了许多问题,影响了当地农业产业化的健康发展,究其原因,利益分配机制的不完善是产生问题的根本原因,如何在现有情况下创新农业经营利益联结机制是发展现代农业、激发农业活力、创新农业经营机制所面临的关键问题。＂Leading enterprise driving＂ is the most important form of organizations of agricultural industrialization, which has been widely used in various parts of the development of agricultural industrialization process. While realizing the profit target, the enterprises guide the local agricultural production, deepen processing of agricultural products, and develop the market, thus driving farmers＇ income increase, and promoting regional development objectively, so it has significant social benefits. But in recent years, many problems arise in the actual operation of the model, which affect the healthy development of local agriculture industrialization. The root cause of the problems is the imperfect interest distribution mechanism. How to innovate the agricultural management benefit coupling mechanism is the key problem to develop modern agriculture, stimulate agricultural activity and innovate agricultural operation mechanism.
