关于旧村改造提升资本的探析——以佛山市石头新市村改造为例

摘　　要：分析了被誉为旧村改造成功范例的石头新市村改造的主要动因,总结了"石头村模式"中政府优惠政策、村集体做好沟通联系"桥梁"关注村民利益、引入市场运作、村集体土地入股和制定合理补偿标准等重要内容,着重对石头新市村改造各利益相关者所获得的有形资本和无形资本进行评析,最后提出旧村改造必须遵循"一村一策"的工作方案以及值得借鉴的思想。This paper analyzes the main motivations of the successful paradigm of village renovation, Shitou New Village, summarizes the government＇s preferential policies, village collective＇s ＂bridge＂ function, introduction of market operation, village collective land investment and formation of reasonable compensation standard and other important contents in ＂Shitou Village Model＂, mainly evaluates the physical capital and intangible capital of the stakeholders in Shitou Village renovation, and finally puts forward that village renovation must follow the policy of ＂one village one solution＂ and proposes some thought s worthy of learning.
