摘　　要：文章以上海地区的国家大学科技园为例对科技园发展中的有益经验进行总结,对存在的不足进行了探讨。在此基础上提出利用好邻近的高校资源,发挥地方政府和社会机构的作用,优化科技园用地结构和人员结构的管理建议。This paper takes the National University Science Park in Shanghai as an example to summarize the useful experience in the development of the science park, and discusses the problems existing in those parks. On the basis of this, this paper puts forward suggestions on the utilization of the resources of the neighboring colleges and universities, the full play of the role of local government and social institutions, as well as the optimization of land use structure and personnel structure.
