摘　　要：随着大学就业机制的改革,大学生就业中出现了各种各样的问题,职业指导在其中发挥着越来越重要的作用。文中就大学生就业中遇到的主要问题进行了归纳总结,探索新时期大学生就业中职业指导的新方法与新途径,并针对问题提出了具体的对策及建议,以帮助大学生解决就业中的主要问题。With the reform of college employment mechanism, the employment of college students in a variety of problems, career guidance is playing an increasingly important role. This paper summarizes the main problems encountered in the college students＇ employment, explores the new methods and approaches of career guidance for college students in the new period and puts forward some concrete countermeasures and suggestions for the problems to help college students to solve the main problems in employment.
