摘　　要：本文阐述了上虞制造业发展现状及存在的问题,提出了以撤市设区为契机加快制造业产业升级的主要举措。This paper describes the status quo and the existing problems of the development of the manufacturing industry in Shangyu,puts forward the main measures of accelerating the industrial upgrading of the manufacturing sector in the background of the withdrawal of the city zone.
