芦笋秸秆及下脚料的资源化应用

摘　　要：芦笋富含多种氨基酸、蛋白质和维生素,其含量均高于一般水果和菜蔬。但由于世界范围内的大量需求,芦笋的种植面积迅速增加,致使废弃秸秆量也在增加,芦笋废弃秸秆的资源化利用也得到了越来越多的重视。本文简述了芦笋废弃秸秆的研究利用现状,并有针对性地提出了几点对策,以期为芦笋产业进一步发展提供一定的参考。There is rich in amino acids, protein and vitamins, its content is higher than normal fruit and vegetables in asparagus. However, due to the large demand in the world, the rapid increase in the planting area of asparagus, result in also increasing waste straw, and the resource utilization of straw waste straw has been more and more attention. In this paper, the author briefly described the research and utilization of asparagus waste straw, and put forward some countermeasures, in order to provide some reference for the further development of asparagus industry.
