摘  要:为提高CO_2分离膜高压下的渗透选择性能,利用含苯环小分子胺3-甲氧基苄胺与聚乙烯基胺(PVAm)制备了PVAm-3-甲氧基苄胺涂膜液,并将其涂敷到聚砜(PSf)超滤膜上制备了PVAm-3-甲氧基苄胺/PSf固定载体复合膜.PVAm-3-甲氧基苄胺/PSf膜的红外谱图结果显示,3-甲氧基苄胺的伯胺基能与PVAm的伯胺基或酰胺基形成氢键交联网络.利用模拟烟道气组成的CO_2/N2混合气(体积比20/80),考察了PVAm-3-甲氧基苄胺/PSf膜和PVAm/PSf膜的渗透选择性能.结果表明,PVAm-3-甲氧基苄胺/PSf膜的CO_2渗透选择性能得到了大幅度提高,高压下更为显著.To improve the permeance and selectivity of CO_2 separation membrane at high pressure,polyvinylamine(PVAm)-3-methoxyl benzyl amine coating solution was prepared by mixing PVAm aqueous solution with 3-methoxy benzyl amine.The PVAm-3-methoxyl benzyl amine/polysulfone(PSf)fixed carrier composite membrane was prepared by coating PVAm-3-methoxyl benzyl amine solution on the PSf membrane.The ATR-FTIR spectra of the membrane showed that the intermolecular hydrogen bonds are formed between the primary amine groups of 3-methoxyl benzyl amine and primary amine or amide groups in PVAm.CO_2 permeance and CO_2/N2 selectivity of the PVAm-3-methoxyl benzyl amine/PSf and PVAm/PSf membranes were tested by using CO_2/N2 mixed gas(20/80 by volume).The PVAm-3-methoxyl benzyl amine/PSf membrane displays high CO_2/N2 separation performance,especially at high pressure.
