摘 要:采用浸没法对实验室自制的等规聚丙烯(iPP)/纳米TiO_2粒子共混微孔平板膜进行表面改性,探讨了纳米硅乳液浓度和反应温度等条件对改性膜的形态结构以及疏水性的影响,得到了纳米硅乳液改性iPP/TiO_2超疏水微孔膜制备的最佳条件,并测试了纳米硅乳液改性iPP/TiO_2超疏水微孔膜的自清洁性能、pH稳定性以及VMD稳定性.研究结果表明,纳米硅乳液改性iPP/TiO_2超疏水-自清洁微孔膜制备的最佳条件为:UV光催化30min,纳米硅乳液质量分数为20%,反应温度为室温,最后置于80℃烘箱烘干2h.此时制备的纳米硅乳液改性iPP/TiO_2超疏水微孔膜接触角达到153.2°,滚动角小于10°,并且具有优异的自清洁和pH稳定性能、VMD稳定性以及抗润湿和抗污染性能.The lab-made isotactic polypropylene/ nano TiO_2 particle co-blending microporous membrane was modified by immersion method.The effects of nanometre silicone emulsion concentration and reaction temperature on the morphological structure and hydrophobicity of the modified membranes were discussed.Then,the optimal preparation condition of the nanometre silicone emulsion modified iPP/TiO_2 superhydrophobic membrane was obtained.Finally,the determination of self-cleaning property,pH and VMD stabilities of nanometre silicone emulsion modified iPP/TiO_2 superhydrophobic membrane were carried out.The result showed that the optimal preparation condition of the nanometre silicone emulsion modified iPP/TiO_2 superhydrophobic membrane was that UV photocatalysis was 30 min,the mass fraction of nanometre silicone emulsion was 20%,reaction temperature was room temperature,and the drying time was 2hunder 80℃.On this condition,the contact angle of modified membrane was reached 153.2°,and the rolling angle was less than 10°.The nanometre silicone emulsion modified iPP/TiO_2 superhydrophobic membranes had an excellent self-cleaning property,pH stability,VMD stability,antipollution capacity and anti-wetting capacity.
