浅谈明清档案数字化图像加工的若干思考

摘　　要：明清档案既是研究明清历史的第一手资料,亦是历史文化的传承,蕴含着深厚的社会发展史韵。特殊的历史文化地位,社会利用需求的日益突出,促使其不得不加快信息化进程,但凸显的文物特性,又使其在数字化加工过程中,必须建立特定的环境约束、安全约束,在保障档案安全的基础上,保障数字化加工质量及效率。本文以大规模数字化加工外包实践为基础,列举了明清档案数字化图像加工过程中的些许做法,以资参考。Ming and Qing Archives is the firsthand in the study of history Ming and Qing , also it＇s the historical and cultural heritage, contains profound historical background in promoting social development. It has a special historical and cultural status, the use of social demand has become increasingly promi- nent, and therefore, it had to accelerate the process of informatization. Because the special nature of the cultural relics, we must establish a specific environmental constraints and security constraints in digital machining process. First of all we must to ensure the safety of the archives, at the same time to ensure the quality and efficiency of the digital machining. Based on the large-scale outsourcing, the author of this article listed some practices in digital image processing of Ming and Qing Archives. Hope to provide some reference value.
