摘  要:介绍了硫磺制酸装置开车时焚硫炉、转化器采用柴油、天然气或电炉3种升温方式的优缺点。针对南化公司硫酸装置现状进行了适应性改造,取得了较好效果。通过生产实践认为:焚硫炉采用天然气升温、转化器采用电炉升温结合热风循环是硫磺制酸装置比较好的升温方式,能满足清洁文明生产要求。Three modes of temperature elevation of using diesel, natural gas and electric furnace in sulphur burning furnace and converter in sulphuric acid plant are described and the advantages and disadvantages of each mode are compared. The improvement was carried to take the adaptability of the existing sulphuric acid facilities of Nanjing chemical Industry Co., Ltd. and excellent achievement was obtained. Conclusion can be withdrawn from the practice that temperature elevation mode for the sulphuric acid plant is the integration of heating the sulphur burning furnace by natural gas and heating the converter electrically in combination of the circulating hot gas. This mode also meets the requirement of clean and environmental-friendly manufacture.
