摘　　要：介绍了硫磺回收装置采用富氧工艺的技术优势。对已在国内大中型硫磺回收装置上投产的SURE^(TM)和COPE^(TM)两种富氧工艺,从富氧烧嘴的结构、氧气的控制方案等多方面进行了对比,并对两种工艺在硫磺装置实际运行过程中所暴露出的问题进行了分析。指出采取富氧工艺改造前需确定酸性气燃烧炉的适应性。Technical advantages of the oxygen-enriched process in sulphur recovery units are introduced. Comparison between SURE^TM and COPE^TM oxygen-enriched processes, currently applied in domestic large and medium scale sulphur recovery units, are carried with respect to burner structures, oxygen control strategies. The analysis of the exposed problems in actual operation of the two processes in the sulphur recovery units indicated that the suitability of the acid gas burners has to be confirmed before adopting the oxygen-enriched process.
