摘  要:冀东油田南堡1-3人工岛采用气举方式进行采油,由于工作环境恶劣,必须确保平台处于危险情况时系统可以立即检测出来,并作出响应,以保证人员及设备的安全,为此设计了紧急关断系统(ESD)。结合1-3人工岛生产工艺,依据危险和可操作性研究(HAZOP)、仪表保护功能研究(IPF study)评估,将该岛紧急关断逻辑功能划分为4个等级,对其典型的关断功能进行分析,利用DeltaV SIS的高级功能块组态实现其功能。高级功能块的组态利用,节省了组态的复杂性并提高了组态的正确性。在运行的过程中,管理人员必须清楚旁路、工程师站及操作站等概念,以避免误操作引起的生产关断而造成不必要的损失。The Nanpu 1-3 artificial island in Jidong oil field has employed gas-lift production program to drill oil. Due to the tough working environment, it is important to detect and respond to the potential emergency quickly by use of ESD system. For this emergency shut off system(ESD) is designed.In combination with 1-3 artificial island production process, based on hazard and operability study(HAZOP) and instrument protection function(IPF study) evaluation, the island's emergency shut off logic functions are divided into four grades.This article analyzes its typical shut off function,using the DeltaV SIS senior function block configuration to achieve its function. Using advanced function block configuration,save the configuration of the complexity and improves the accuracy of its configuration. In the process of running,managers must know clearly the bypass,engineer station and operation station and other concepts,in order to avoid misoperation caused by production shut off and cause unnecessary losses
