摘　　要：石英砂+磁铁矿双层滤料过滤罐是油田污水处理中常用的过滤设备,可去除污水中的污油和细微悬浮物,过滤罐在含油污水处理过程中不断截留污染物,这些污染物黏附在滤料表面,导致滤料相互黏结,过滤通道减少以及表层滤料板结,在含聚污水和低温处理工况下尤为明显。经过多年现场摸索,发现采用变强度反冲洗可以有效发挥滤料的破板结作用,并辅助投加滤料反冲洗剂,可使滤料在低温工况下得到较好地再生;同时,对集输系统掺水炉采取每月集中升温5天的方式,既可保证热洗效果又能缓解滤料的污染压力。The filter tank with quartz sand and magnetite is the usual filter equipment in oilfield sewage disposal system; it can remove sump oil and microsuspended colloids in the wastewater. Filter tank intercept pollutants in the process of oily wastewater treatment.These pollutants adhesion on the surface filter material, lead to the filter material bonded to each other, the filtering channel reduced and the surface of filter material to harden, these phenomenas are particularly apparent in the treatment of polymer- flooding wastewater and low temperature processing.After several years of field,we found that the filter material can effectively play the function of breaking to harden in the variable intensity backwash, and adding the recoil lotion auxiliary,it can make the filter material get better regeneration under low temperature conditions; Meanwhile, we taking the water blending furnace concentrated heating up 5 days per month, ensure the effect of hot washing and alleviate the pressure of the filter material pollution.
