疏肝健脾方治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析疏肝健脾方治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:将慢性乙型肝炎160例随机分为治疗组与对照组各80例,治疗组采用我院自制疏肝健脾汤,基本方含陈皮、佛手、白术、山药、藿香、茯苓、白芍、丹参、柴胡、当归、郁金、苍术;对照组采用澳泰乐颗粒剂治疗。对比分析两组总疗效、中医症状改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为88.75%,对照组为75.00%,治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组治疗后中医症状改善率分别为77.96%和60.42%,治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清热利湿和疏肝健脾方法对慢性乙型肝炎临床疗效确切,可显著改善临床症状。Objective：To analysis of clinical curative effect of Shugan Jianpi Decoction in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods：The chronic hepatitis B 160 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 80 cases,treated with self-made Shugan Jianpi Decoction and basic with tangerine,bergamot,white atractylodes rhizome,Rhizoma Dioscoreae,ageratum,Poria,Radix Paeoniae Alba,radix salviae miltiorrhizae,Radix Bupleuri,angelica,radix curcumae,Rhizoma Atractylodis;control group was treated with Macao loctite granules.To compare and analyze the total curative effect and the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in two groups of patients.Results：The treatment group total effective rate was 88.75%,control group were 75.00%,the treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（P 〈0.05）;treatment group and the control group treatment after TCM symptom improvement rate of 77.96% and 60.4% respectively,in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：Qingrelishi and Shuganjianpi method of clinical curative effect of chronic hepatitis B is effective,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients
