医院中药材及中药饮片的贮存保管措施分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨医院中药材和中药饮片贮存过程中的有效保管措施。方法:归纳医院对药材的贮存方式,选择我院2013年10月中药房贮存的21种中药材及中药饮片,每种均分为两份,分别标记为对照组、观察组。对照组按照常规自然保存方式对中药材及中药饮片进行保存,观察组采用分类贮存、封闭贮存、低温贮存、干燥贮存、人工管理等方式进行保存,2年后对两组药材贮存方法的效果进行统计分析。结果:观察组中药材及中药饮片贮存方式优良率分别为95.23%(20/21)、85.71%(18/21),对照组贮存方式优良率分别为57.14%(12/21)、61.90%(13/21),两组中药材、中药饮片优良率分别比较均有显著差异(P均<0.05)。结论:采用分类贮存、封闭贮存、低温贮存、干燥贮存及人工管理等贮存方式对中药材及中药饮片进行保管,与常规贮存方式比较,提高了药材的质量及药效,保证了中药饮片不发生变异,保证临床用药的安全性。Objective：To investigate the effective storage and preservation measures of Chinese medicine and Chinese Herbal Medicine in the hospital.Methods：The storage ways of herbs were taken for induction.21 kinds of Chinese medicine and Chinese Herbal Medicine in our hospital from October 2013 were chosen,and each was divided into two,labeled as the control group and the observation group.The control group was taken with conventional manner to save natural herbs and Chinese Herbal Medicine,and the observation group was taken with classified storage,closed storage,cold storage,dry storage,labor management and other ways to save.The medicinal effects of two methods after 2 years of storage were taken for statistical analysis.Results：The excellent rates of Chinese medicine and Chinese Herbal Medicine for storage in the observation group were 95.23%（20/21）and 85.71%（18/21）,and the storage good rates in the control group were 57.14%（12/21）and 61.90%（13/21）.The comparison of Chinese herbal medicine and Chinese Herbal Medicine for the two groups were with statistical differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The classification storage,closed storage,cold storage,dry storage and storage management,and other artificial methods on Chinese medicine and Chinese Herbal Medicine for safekeeping,compared with conventional storage methods,can improve the quality and efficacy of medicines,ensure that the mutation without variation for Chinese Herbal Medicine,and ensure the safety of clinical application.
