2012～2015年榕城区慢性病防治院口服抗过敏药物应用分析

摘　　要：目的：为有效了解医院临床抗过敏药物的使用情况,临床对榕城区慢性病防治院药物应用进行分析。方法：回顾性分析2012～2015年榕城区慢性病防治医院口服抗过敏药物的品种、用药频度,日均费用、门诊病人数等指标。结果：2013年医院抗过敏药使用量增加,但在后两年出现降低,使用量最多5种药物依次为呋必叮、凯莱止、喜宁、开瑞坦、恩瑞特,呋必叮、凯莱止、喜宁、开瑞坦每年使用情况逐渐降低,恩瑞特在2015年出现使用且使用量较高,DDDS排序地氯雷分散片、氯雷他定、依匹斯汀胶囊位居前三位,其他日均费用处于中等水平。结论：口服抗过敏药物使用量降低,日均费用、用药频度有所下降,药物使用合理。Objective：to effectively understand the hospital clinical allergy drug usage,clinical Rong Cheng area chronic disease prevention and control of hospital drug application is analyzed.Methods：Rong Cheng area from 2012 to 2015 were retrospectively analyzed in chronic disease prevention and control of hospital oral allergy drug varieties,frequency,average daily cost,clinic patients.Results：2013 hospital antiallergic usage increases,but after two years,which use up to five kinds of drugs for injunctions will in turn ding,gloria check,xi ning,karry,Los Angeles,and injunctions will sting,gloria check,xi ning,annual usage gradually reduce with karry,Los Angeles,in 2015 use and usage is higher,DDDS sequencing to chlorine thunder dispersible tablets,loratadine,in accordance with the top three sting capsule,other daily average costs in the medium level.Conclusion：allergy drug usage is reduced,and the average daily cost,frequency,by reasonable drug use diseases.
