摘  要:为了提高丙烯酸酯乳胶涂层对Q235钢的防腐蚀性能,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为主要单体,甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(DFMA)和乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(VTMS)作为改性单体,通过乳液聚合方法合成含氟硅丙烯酸酯(氟硅丙)乳液。利用红外光谱(FT-IR)对氟硅丙聚合物的结构进行了表征。在Q235钢表面制备乳胶涂层,测试了氟硅丙乳胶涂层的耐水性和附着力;同时利用电化学测试和盐雾试验研究了涂层对Q235钢的防腐蚀性能。结果表明:氟硅丙乳胶涂层具有较好的耐水性、附着力和防腐蚀性能,其与水的接触角可达到112.3°,吸水率仅为3.0%,附着力为0级,在3.5%Na Cl溶液中的电化学阻抗值达到了1×1010Ω,腐蚀电流密度仅为5.14×10(-11)A/cm^2,对Q235钢具有良好的保护作用。The fluorine-silicon-actrylate latex was prepared by emulsion polymerization with methyl methacrylate(MMA) and butyl acrylate(BA) as the main monomers,and dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate(DFMA) and vinyltrimethoxysilane(VTMS) as modified monomers.The structure of fluorine-silicon-acrylate polymer was characterized by Fourier transformation infrared spectroscopy(FT- IR).Subsequently,fluorine- silicon- acrylate latex coatings were prepared on Q235 steel,and the water- resistant and adhesion of fluorine-silicon-acrylate latex coatings were investigated.Meanwhile,the corrosion resistance was examined by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),polarization curve measurement and salt spray test.Results showed that the fluorine- silicon- acrylate latex coating had better water- resistance,adhesion property and corrosion resistance with a water contact angle of 112.3°,adhesion strength of 0 grade,electrochemical impedance of 1 × 10^(10) Ω,and corrosion current density(J_(corr)) of 5.14 × 10^(-11) A/cm^2,which showed that the fluorinesilicon- acrylate latex coating had excellent protection effect for Q235 steel.
