摘 要:以NH4HCO_3为沉淀剂,用共沉淀法制备Sm:(YLa)_2O_3纳米粉体,采用冷等静压-真空烧结技术在1 750℃烧结20 h得到Sm:(YLa)_2O_3透明陶瓷。研究了粉体的形貌、激发和发射光谱。结果显示:制备的纳米粉体呈球形,分散性好,粒度分布均匀,平均粒径约为75 nm,该粉体Sm^(3+)最佳掺杂摩尔分数为1%;最强激发峰位于408 nm处,对应于Sm^(3+)的~6H_(5/2)→~4F_(7/2)能级跃迁;最强发射峰位于609 nm处,对应于Sm^(3+)的~4G_(5/2)→~6H_(7/2)能级跃迁。陶瓷样品的透过率和吸收光谱测试表明,陶瓷最佳烧结温度为1 750℃,在此温度下制备的陶瓷样品在可见光波段和红外波段的平均透过率分别为69.46%和74.77%。Anano-powder of Sm:(YLa)2O3was preparedvia coprecipitation with ammonium bicarbonate as a precipitating agent. The Sm:(YLa)2O3 transparent ceramics were fabricated by a cold isostatic pressing process and a subsequent vacuum sintering technique at 1750℃ for 20h. The morphology and excitation and emission spectra of the powder sample were investigated. The results indicate that the particles of nano-powder prepared are spherical, well-dispersive, narrow particle size distribution, and the average particle size is approximately 75nm. The optimum Sm^3+-doping amount of the nano-powder is 1% (mole fraction). The most intense excitation and emission peaks are located at 408nm and 609nm, which are corresponding to the^6H5/2→^4F7/2 and^4G5/2→^6H7/2level transitions of Sm^3+, respectively. The transmittance and absorption spectra of ceramic sample indicate that the optimum sintering temperature of ceramic is 1750℃. The average transmittance of the ceramic in the visible light bond and infrared band are 69.46% and 74.77%, respectively.
