基于脑肠轴理论探讨胃肠调理在针灸治疗脑病中的应用

摘　　要：胃肠道与脑关系密切,脑肠轴理论的提出把对脑与胃肠道相互作用的认识提升到新的高度。对胃肠道影响脑功能的免疫、神经、内分泌、肠道菌群通路进行梳理,结合胃肠道疾病与脑病发生密切相关的机理、针灸调节胃肠道的效应及针刺调理胃肠道治疗脑病的理论基础,全面剖析和探讨针灸通过胃肠调理治疗脑病的可行性。提出针灸治疗脑病过程中应当重视对胃肠道的调节,加强胃经、大肠经及腹部腧穴的使用。The gastrointestinal tract is closely related to the brain. The theory about axis of brain and intestines upgraded the understanding of interaction between brain and gastrointestinal tract to a new altitude. The authors sorted out the effects of gastrointestinal tract on brain function from approaches of immune, nerve, endocrine and intestinal flora. Combined with the closely related mechanism between gastrointestinal disease with encephalopathy, the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion adjusting gastrointestinal tract and theoretical basis of acupuncture adjusting gastrointes- tinal tract to treat encephalopathy, the authors comprehensively analysed and discussed the feasibility of acupuncture and moxibustion treating encephalopathy through adjusting gastrointestinal tract. The authors put forward that doctors should pay much attention to adjust gastrointestinal tract and strengthen use of stomach channel, large intestine channel and abdominal acupoints in the process of acupuncture and moxibustion treating encephalopathy.
