摘 要:以耐火黏土和铝酸钙粉为原料制备聚合氯化铝(PAC),考察了黏土的活化温度、酸浸时盐酸浓度和温度对Al2O3浸出率的影响及黏土与铝酸钙粉的用量比和熟化时间对PAC絮凝性能的影响,得到最佳制备条件。采用最佳条件下制备的PAC处理焦化厂废水,结果表明,当PAC投加量为140 mg/L,并与少量PAM混合使用时,废水的色度、浊度、COD去除率分别可达到95.7%、94.6%、90.0%。Polyaluminium chloride(PAC) has been prepared with refractory clay and calcium aluminate powder as raw materials. The influences of activation temperature of refractory clay,the concentration of hydrochloric acid and reaction temperature while acid leaching on Al2O3 leaching rate,as well as the influences of the dosage ratio of clay and calcium aluminate powder,and curing time on PAC flocculating capacity are investigated. Thus,the best preparation conditions are obtained. The PAC prepared under the best conditions is used for treating the wastewater from a coking plant. The results show that the chroma,turbidity,and COD removing rate of the wastewater could reach95.7%,94.6%,and 90%,respectively,when PAC dosage is 140 mg/L,mixing with a small amount of PAM.
