摘 要:采用添加多层多孔板的升流式厌氧污泥床接种混合污泥,于78 d内成功启动厌氧氨氧化反应器。第75天,反应器对NH4+-N和NO2--N的去除率达95%以上,容积氮去除负荷达0.525 kg/(m3·d)。启动后,快速提高进水基质浓度,反应器出现抑制现象,且抑制前后三氮之比具有显著变化。运行后期,底部出现红棕色污泥。与普通的升流式厌氧污泥床相比,其具有喷动床效应及水利筛分作用,有利于颗粒污泥的形成。Anaerobic ammonium oxidation(ANAMMOX) reactor has been started up successfully within 78 days,by the up-flow anaerobic sludge blanket(UASB) reactor with multi-layer and multi-porous plate,inoculated with mixed sludge. On the 75 th day,the removing rates of both NH4+-N and NO2--N by the reactor are above 95%,the removing load of volume nitrogen is 0.525 kg/(m3·d). After the successful start-up,through increasing influent substrate concentration rapidly,inhibition phenomenon occurs to the reactor,and before and after inhibition the ratio of the three-nitrogen has remarkable changes. In the late stage of the operation,typical red brown sludge appears at the bottom of the reactor. Compared with the ordinary UASB,it has spouted bed effect and water conservancy screening effect,being beneficial to the formation of granular sludge.
