摘　　要：[目的/意义]银行系统性风险防范是金融稳定的基础。构建三维竞争情报体系的目的在于防范银行系统性风险,对于经济持续稳定发展非常重要。[方法/过程]银行系统性风险防范的关键在于对情报的准确掌握。银行系统风险的竞争情报可以分为三个层面:一是单个银行的信用风险情报信息,二是网络系统传染的风险竞争情报信息,三是事关总体经济大局的宏观银行系统风险竞争情报。对"三维竞争情报"的单个因素分析论证,并且应用竞争情报一体化研究方法。[结果/结论]分三个层次分析了银行系统性风险产生原因,在银行个体客户的微观竞争情报、银行系统运营中的网络传染风险的中观竞争情报以及国内外宏观竞争情报的基础上,通过三维的竞争情报综合分析和判断,防范银行系统性风险。[Purpose/Significance] Prevention of systemic risk is the basis for financial stability. Building a three-dimensional competi-tive intelligence system to guard against banksˊ systemic risk is very important to the sustained and steady development of economy. [ Method/Process] Accurately grasping the intelligence is the key to banking systemic risk prevention. Competitive intelligence of the banking systematic risk can be divided into three dimensions：the first is the credit risk of a single bankˊs information;the second is from the competitive intelligence system of the network infection risk;the last one comes from the macro banking systematic risk competitive in-telligence which is affected by the overall economy. The research analyzes the single factor of＂three dimensions＂ competitive intelligence, and applies the competitive intelligence integration methods. [ Result/Conclusion] The causes of the banking systemic risk are analyzed from three levels, including the individual customerˊs micro competitive intelligence, the medium level of competitive intelligence of the banking system operation which leads to network transmission risk and the international macro competitive intelligence. The comprehensive analysis and judgment of competitive intelligence in three dimensions in this research helps to prevent banking systemic risk.
