摘　　要：[目的/意义]基于社会网络媒体的学术交流与共享越来受到关注,因此Altmetric被提出并应用于论文的影响力评价,而国内对于Altmetric的研究尚处于理论阶段,且尚未有关于Altmetric应用于科研机构产出影响力评价的研究。[方法/过程]对Altmetric在科研机构产出影响力评价中的应用进行了理论和实践的研究,对Altmetric的功能作用、Altmetric工具以及与传统计量的对比进行了详细介绍,并以英国格拉斯哥大学的Altmetric Explore数据库为例对格拉斯哥大学的论文产出进行了分析,从信息源、期刊、学科方向、院系等不同角度深入分析了其在社会网络媒体中的影响力,并与传统被引情况进行对照分析。[结果/结论]分析表明,Altmetric作为一种新型的计量指标,与被引次数相比可以准确反映新发表论文的质量,是评价科研机构成果影响力的一种重要方法和补充。[Purpose/Significance] Academic exchange and share based on social network media is attracting more attention, so Altmetric was presented and applied to the paper level evaluation. The research of Altmetric in China is still on the theoretical stage, and the outputs influence evaluation of research institute based on Altmetric is still a blank field. [ Method/Process] In this paper, the theory and practice of influence evaluation on scientific institution research outputs based on Altmetric were studied. The function of Altmetric method and tools compared with traditional method were described in detail, and the outputs of University of Glasgow were analyzed by the Altmetric Explore database. The analysis mainly focused on the social media influence of information sources, journals, subjects and faculty, and compared with traditional citations. [ Result/Conclusion] The results showed that Altmetric can accurately reflect the quality of newly pub-lished paper, it is an important method to evaluate the influence of institution research outputs.
