摘 要:随着社会进步和现代科学技术的发展,自动化技术在临床免疫学检验中的应用越来越广泛,目前已基本达到免疫学检验全面自动化的程度.本文通过对自动化技术在临床免疫学检验中应用现状的综述和发展历程的回顾,阐明将自动化技术应用于临床免疫学检验中,具有准确性好、特异性强和工作效率高的优势.展望21世纪,自动化技术的应用已成为推动临床免疫学检验发展的关键性力量,在临床检验技术的发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用.With progress of society and rapid development of modern science and technology,automotive technology is more and more widely applied to clinical immunoassay.Nowadays immunoassay has extensively realized automation.This paper summarizes current situation and reviews the development history of automotive technology's application on clinical immunoassay.On this basis,the superiorities of automotive technology,such as high accuracy,excellent specificity,and high efficiency,are illuminated when it is applied to clinical immunoassay.In the future,automotive technology will be the vital power that drives the development of clinical immunoassay and will play a more and more important role in clinical immunoassay's development.
