品管圈活动在降低老年患者失禁性皮炎发生率中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨品管圈活动对降低老年患者失禁性皮炎的效果.方法 成立品管圈小组,确定以“降低老年患者失禁性皮炎发生率”为主题,对导致老年患者失禁性皮炎相关因素进行调查,并分析原因,设定目标,制订对策并实施,进行效果评价等.结果 品管圈活动后,老年患者失禁性皮炎发生率由9.6％下降至3.1％,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）;提高了护理人员解决失禁问题的能力,提升了团队凝聚力,形成了预防和护理失禁性皮炎的标准流程,并在全院乃至全市推广应用.结论 品管圈活动在降低老年患者失禁性皮炎发生率中效果显著,推进了失禁护理专科水平发展.Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle （QCC） for decreasing the incidence of incontinent dermatitis in elderly patients.Methods QCC was set up.The QCC theme was ＆quot;reducing the incidence of incontinent dermatitis in elderly patients＆quot;.The related factors casuing incontinent dermatitis in elderly patients were investigated.The reasons were analyzed.A goal was set.Strategies were made and implemented.The effect was evaluated.Results After QCC,the incidence of incontinent dermatitis in elderly patients participating QCC decreased from 9.6% to 3.1%,with a statistical difference （P〈0.01）.The incontinentproblem-solving ability of nursing staff was improved.The team cohesion was improved.The standard process of the prevention and nursing of incontinent dermatitis was formed.QCC was popularized in partial or even the whole city.Conclusions QCC can reduce the incidence of incontinent dermatitis in elderly patients and promote the special nursing level of incontinence.
