摘　　要：西藏矿产资源丰富,矿业开发对于实现西藏经济、社会及环境的和谐发展具有重要意义。西藏特殊的地区情况要求西藏矿业发展要有新理念、新模式,和谐矿区建设模式是其必然选择。以实现西藏矿产资源开发"人与自然的和谐,人与人的和谐"为主线,研究提出西藏和谐矿区建设评价指标的选择原则和体系构建方法,构建一个西藏和谐矿区建设评价指标体系,以期对西藏和谐矿区建设效果进行定性和定量评价。Mining development has great significance in achieving harmonious development of economy, societyand environment in Tibet as it is rich in mineral resources. The mode of harmonious tomes has become me obvious op- tion in light of the unique situations in Tibet where innovative ideas and patterns are requested. With the theme＂ har- mony between human and nature, human and human＂ , the paper proposed the selection principle of evaluation index system of harmonious mine construction as well as the approach of system construction. The construction of an evalua- tion index system of harmonious mines in Tibet is expected to define and quantify the effect of harmonious mine con- struction.
