摘  要:对异戊烯装置的异构化工序进行了改造,采用添加叔戊醇的异构化工艺,可以降低产物中重组分的含量。改造后异构化工艺运行结果表明:2-甲基-1-丁烯的转化率由60.2%增加到68.6%,二聚物含量由2.36%降低到0.35%,产物中2-甲基-2-丁烯与2-甲基-1-丁烯质量比由8.87增加到11.24,催化剂寿命达到了4年。The isomerization process for crude isoamylene was modified by adding a small amount of tertiary amyl alcohol in raw material. The new isoamylene isomerization process can decrease the dimers content, the selec- tivity of 2-methyl-2-butene was significantly enhanced while the average conversion rate was maintaining a high level. Compared to results in the present isoamylene production units, the conversion rate of 2-methyl-l-butene, the mass ratio of 2-methyl-2-hutene to 2-methyl-l-butene were respectively raised from 60.2% to 68.6G, from 8.87 to 11.24, while the dimers content in isomerization products was descend from 2.36 ~/00 to about 0.35 %. the life of cat- alyst was over four years.
