石家庄市新发现主动求询男男性行为人群HIV感染者首次CD4^+T淋巴细胞检测分析

摘　　要：目的了解石家庄市新发现主动求询男男性行为人群(MSM)HIV感染者首次CD4^+T淋巴细胞的检测情况,掌握其机体免疫状况,为抗病毒治疗提供依据。方法 2014年1月-12月石家庄市新发现主动求询MSM人群HIV感染者共99例,进行CD4^+T淋巴细胞检测,并对其进行统计分析。结果 99例主动求询MSM人群HIV感染者CD4^+T淋巴细胞水平均值为(405.4±208.4)个/μl,其中≤50个/μl的占4.0%,51个/μl^350个/μl的占41.4%,351个/μl^500个/μl的占24.2%,>500个/μl的占30.3%(30/99)。结论此次检测发现45.4%的受检者CD4^+T淋巴细胞≤350个/μl,建议接受抗病毒药物治疗。Objective To investigate the first detection and analysis of CD4^＋T lymphocytes for newly found HIV- infected population in initiative counseling- seeking of MSM in Shijiazhuang,and to master its immune status,so as to provide evidence for the treatment of anti- virus. Methods 99 cases for newly found HIV- infected person in initiative counseling- seeking of MSM in Shijiazhuang were detected for CD4^＋T lymphocytes, and the measured values were analyzed by statistics.Results The CD4^＋T lymphocytes mean of 99 cases with HIV infection were（ 405. 4 ± 208. 4） cell / μl,4. 0% had CD4^＋level with 50 cell / μl and lower,41. 4% had CD4^＋level within 51 cell / μl- 350 cell / μl,24. 2% had CD4^＋level with 351 cell / μl-500 cell / μl,and 30. 3% had CD4^＋level of above 500 cell / μl（ 30 /99）. Conclusion 45. 5% of the new- found HIV- infected cases had CD4^＋level with 350 cell / μl and lower,and need to accept antiviral therapy.
