摘  要:针对某660 MW机组的选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝系统存在脱硝效率低,氨耗量大及氨逃逸率超标的情况,按1∶12搭建了SCR装置的物理模型,在冷态条件下进行了SCR脱硝烟气流场及浓度场冷态实验,同时借助STAR-CCM+软件对其进行数值模拟计算,并对影响SCR脱硝性能的结构参数及各喷氨口喷氨量进行了优化调整。结果表明:数值模拟和冷态实验的结果较吻合;优化调整后的SCR装置脱硝效率得到改善,氨逃逸率降至3mg/m3以下。The SCR denitration system in a 660 MW coal-fired thermal power unit has several problems,like low denitrification efficiency,high ammonia consumption and over large ammonia escape rate.To solve this problem,aphysical fluid model for this SCR device was built with proportional scale of 1∶12,and the cold state test of flow field and concentration field were carried out.Moreover,by computational fluid dynamics software STAR-CCM+,numerical simulation was performed,and the structural parameters affecting the SCR denitration performance and the ammonia spray amount at each ammonia injector were optimized.The results show that,the numerical simulation results are in accordance with the cold state test results.The denitrification efficiency of the optimized SCR device was increased effectively.The ammonia escape rate was reduced to lower than 3mg/m3.The study can provide a reference for performance optimization and transformation for similar SCR systems.
