摘　　要：本文阐述了各类骨密度仪的检测原理和技术性能特点,比较、分析了它们的临床应用范围,并对骨密度检测的金标准双能X射线吸收骨密度仪的测量原理和临床应用作了重点介绍。This paper elaborated the testing principle and technical characteristics of varieties of bone densitometer so as to compare and analyze their range of clinical use. It also focused on introduction of the measurement principle and clinical application of dual energy X-ray absorptiometry, which is the gold standard for bone mineral density detection.
