摘 要:目的针对医院门诊服务管理工作繁忙、琐碎、重复性强及患者在就诊过程中就医流程冗长等问题,基于IOC模式开发掌上医院。方法掌上医院以C/S与B/S相结合的模式设计,由客户端应用和服务器应用两部分组成。结果掌上医院的建立优化了就医流程,消除了地理位置对就医活动的限制,提高了门诊服务质量和医院管理水平,推进了医院信息化建设。结论基于IOC开发模式的掌上医院具有良好的扩展性,能满足日益增长的业务与其他系统接入的需求,而且开发周期短、开发成本低。Objective To develop a handheld hospital based on IOC(Inversion of Control) mode in view of issues in busyness, trivial and strong repeatability of the outpatient service management as well as the complicate medical treatment process for patients in the hospital. Methods The handheld hospital was developed with the combination of C/S(Client/Server) and B/S(Browser/Server), which consisted of two parts: Client App and Server App. Results The establishment of the handheld hospital optimized the medical treatment process, eliminated the geographical limitation of medical activities, and promoted the quality of outpatient service and hospital management level as well as the construction of hospital informatization. Conclusion The handheld hospital established based on IOC proves itself with the advantages of good expansibility, short development cycle and low development cost, which can meet the needs of increasing business and accessibility from other systems.
