摘　　要：在我院现有医疗设备采购管理的基础上,采用"德尔菲法"加强医院对医疗设备采购过程中质量控制的管理,确保医疗设备采购过程的规范、高效,降低行政风险,从根本上减少因采购过程管理不当导致的各种问题和纠纷、更好地发挥医学工程部门的技术管理作用,推动医院设备管理的规范化,提升医院管理水平。The Delphi method was adopted to strengthen the management of medical equipment quality control during the procurement process in the hospital based on the existing medical equipment procurement management. This practice ensured the standardization, high efficiency and reduced administrative risks of medical equipment procurement process, and radically reduced various problems and disputes resulting from improper management of the medical equipment procurement process, which helped Department of Biomedical Engineering to play a better role of technology management in the equipment procurement process, promoted standardization of equipment management and enhanced the level of hospital management.
