摘　　要：本文探讨我院通过对高值、植入耗材的采购、保管、发放及使用等环节的控制,形成对高值医用耗材从准入直至临床使用的可追溯性全过程综合管理,确保高值耗材的安全使用。使用"零库存"和"三级库房"管理,增加了高值耗材购置的透明度,保证高值、植入耗材的质量,制定相关的高值耗材管理制度,保证医疗质量和医疗安全。This paper exemplified the practice of Shenzhen Children＇ Hospital in full-process traceable management of high-value consumables including their procurement, storage, distribution, clinical use and other aspects. The transparency of high-value consumable procurement was dramatically increased by using the ＂zero inventory＂ and ＂Level III warehouses＂ management. In one word, the scientific management method is necessary to ensure the quality and safe use of high-value consumables in the hospital.
