摘 要:通过紧耦合气雾化法制备得到了一系列Al-Eu二元合金粉末,并通过XRD、SEM/EDS以及TG-DTA等手段对其进行了测试表征,探索了将稀土Eu应用于金属燃料的可行性。结果表明,Al-3Eu合金粉末在1300℃时氧化增重达到了61.1%,氧化放热焓高达8108.2μV·s·mg^(-1)。Al-3Eu合金粉末在400℃下退火0.5h后,氧化放热焓达到了9243.4μV·s·mg^(-1),退火2h后,氧化增重达到了78.8%,两者均高于未经热处理的Al-3Eu合金粉末。A series of Al - Eu alloy powders were designed and prepared successfully by the close - coupled gas atomization ( CCGA). These powders were characterized through X - ray powder diffraction, SEM/EDS, and TG - DTA to explore the feasibility of application of Eu in metal fuel. The results show that, the oxidation weight increase ratio of the Al - 3Eu alloy powder is 61.1% and the oxidation exothermic enthalpy of the Al - 3 Eu alloy powder is as high as 8108.2μV·s·mg^-1. The oxidation exothermic enthalpy of the Al - 3Eu alloy powder under 0. 5h - annealing treatment and 400℃ reached 9243.4μV·s·mg^-1, and the oxidation weight increase ratio of the Al - 3Eu alloy powder under 2h - annealing treatment reached 78. 8%.
