摘　　要：针对目前轮胎行业橡胶复合挤出线重量控制系统多采用开环控制,控制精度不高的问题,提出了在该类设备中采用重量反馈闭环控制方式,通过PLC控制系统建立平均重量反馈控制数学模型实现最佳控制的方法。In view of tire industry rubber compound extrusion line weight control system with open loop control and low control accuracy, proposed the opinion that using weight feedback closed loop control mode for the equipment. Average weight feedback control mathematical model through the PLC control system is established to realize optimal control method.
