摘　　要：根据水面舰艇新一代反舰导弹对作战指挥决策变革的需求,从剖析传统反舰作战指挥决策存在的现实问题着手,对反舰导弹作战观念和水面舰艇反舰作战指挥决策的变革趋势进行了探讨,提出了水面舰艇反舰作战指挥决策的思路和原则。研究结果对突破传统视距反舰导弹战术使用观念和方法的束缚,提高现装及在研反舰导弹的作战能力具有参考作用,对新一代反舰导弹作战指挥决策软件研制具有理论牵引的作用。According to the requirements of modem anti-ship missile on the transform of anti-ship combat decision-making, based on the research on the problems of traditional anti-ship missile combat decision- making, the anti-ship missile combat principle and transform trend of anti-ship combat decision-making were discussed. The new idea and principle of anti-ship missile combat decision-making were put for- ward. The results of the research are significant in anti-ship combat decision-making theory and applica- tion for the improvement of anti-ship missile operational capability and the operational methods research, could be used in the development of new anti-ship combat decision-making software.
