家法与家风建设关系的历史考察

摘　　要：家风作为一种思想观念,是时代的产物,其内容随着社会的变迁而不断摒弃不合时宜者、添加新内涵。现代家风与社会主义核心价值观有着同样的思想内涵,家风建设是弘扬社会主义核心价值观的一项重要举措。家风的培育和传承可以利用良好的家庭教育来实现。家法作为家庭教育的一种重要方式,对于家风塑造和传承起着十分积极的作用。家法不仅是一种教育方式,也是民间法的重要组成部分,考察传统社会中家法的社会功能及其对于传统家风的塑造、传承作用可以对当前利用现代家法培育和传承现代家风起到借鉴作用。As an idea, family style is the product of its time. Its content was changing with the society change and abandoning an outmoded content, adding a new connotation. Modern family style has a same thought connotation with the socialist core values. Family style＇s construction is an important measure of advocating the socialist core values. Inheritance and development of family tradition can take advantage of the good family education. As an important way of family education, family discipline plays an active role for family tradition＇s shaping and inheritance. Family discipline is not only a measure of education, but also an important part of folk law. Researching the social function of family discipline and its promoting effect in shaping, inheriting the traditional family style can direct cultivate and inherit modern family style by using modern family discipline.
