摘 要:目的了解广州管圆线虫Ⅰ期幼虫是否感染河蚬、河蚌,为研究广州管圆线虫病提供科学依据。方法从广州管圆线虫疫区龙海市海澄镇采集广州管圆线虫中间宿主褐云玛瑙螺,解剖分离Ⅲ期幼虫。大白鼠共12只,分3组,每组4只,经口感染大白鼠,每组分别感染100、50和25条广州管圆线虫Ⅲ期幼虫/只,40 d后采集鼠粪镜检,确认感染成功。将鼠笼置于实验感染池上方,以鼠粪便内广州管圆线虫Ⅰ期幼虫感染河蚬、河蚌。结果感染第14 d解剖河蚌和河蚬,均检出广州管圆线虫Ⅲ期幼虫,感染第28 d镜检,两者感染率均为100%。河蚌和河蚬感染度分别为162.3条/个、2.84条/g和6.9条/个、1.73条/g。三组感染大鼠于30 d、40 d、58 d的死亡率分别为100%、75%、25%。结论河蚬、河蚌可为广州管圆线虫适宜中间宿主。Objective To investigate the infection status of Corbicula fluminea and freshwater mussels with Angiostrongylus cantonnensis larva stage Ⅰ, so as to provide the evidence for the control and prevention of angiostrongyliasis cantonensis. Methods A. cantonnensis larva stage Ⅲ in Achatina fulica(an intermediate host of A. cantonnensis) from an epidemic area in Longhai Country, Fujian Province were isolated for oral infection of experimental rats. A total of 12 rats were divided into 3 groups(4 rats each group), and they were infected with 100, 50 and 25 A. cantonnensis larvae(stage Ⅲ),respectively. Forty days later, the stools of the rats were detected by a microscope to confirm the infection was successful. Then,the rats in cages were placed on the above of pools and C. fluminea and freshwater mussels were infected with A. cantonnensis larva stage Ⅰ within the rat's feces. Results Two weeks later, A. cantonnensis larva stage Ⅲ were found by microscopy after dissecting C. fluminea and freshwater mussels, and 28 days later, the infection rates were 100% in both C. fluminea and freshwater mussels. The average infection densities were 162.3 and 2.84 larvae per snail and per gram of snail tissues of freshwater mussels respectively, and the average infection densities were 6.9 and 1.73 larvae per snail and per gram of snail tissues of C. fluminea, respectively. The mortality rates were 100%, 75% and 25%, respectively, of the rats infected with A.cantonnensis larva stage Ⅲ in the three groups in 30 d, 40 d, 58 d. Conclusion We have successfully established the host models of different stages of A. cantonnensis. C. fluminea and freshwater mussel are suitable intermediate hosts of A.cantonnensis under the experimental conditions. Therefore, eating uncooked or half-cooked fresh C. fluminea or freshwater mussels may lead to get angiostrongyliasis.
