摘 要:利用萃取法,得到酸值不同的天然酯绝缘油,并测试了酸值不同的天然酯绝缘油的温度介电谱和频率介电谱。结果表明:在测试温度为30~90℃时,随温度的升高,天然酯绝缘油的相对介电常数降低、介质损耗因数升高;在测试频率为10^(-2)~10~7Hz时,随频率升高,天然酯绝缘油的相对介电常数和介质损耗因数都降低;温度或频率相同时,天然酯绝缘油的酸值越高,相对介电常数和介质损耗因数越大。Natural ester insulating oil containing different acid value were prepared by the method of extraction. The temperature dielectric spectroscopy and the frequency dielectric spectroscopy of natural ester insulating oil containing different acid value were tested. The results showed that when the testing temperature covered the range of 30~90 ℃, the relative permittivity was decreased with the increasing of the temperature, the dielectric loss factor was increased with the increasing of the temperature. When the testing frequency covered the range of 10^-2~10^7Hz, the relative permittivity and the dielectric loss factor of natural ester insulating oil were decreased with the increasing of the frequency. When the testing temperature or the testing was is equal, the higher the acid value of natural ester insulating oil, the relative dielectric and the dielectric loss factor of natural ester insulating oil were the greater.
