摘 要:选用铁炭法处理水体中的总磷,研究该技术的可行性及其特点。进行L_9(3~4)四因素三水平正交优化试验,结果表明,铁炭法除磷的影响因素主次关系依次为铁炭总量、振荡的转速、反应时间、铁炭比。在最优组合工艺条件下,即铁炭比为3∶2,铁炭总量为20 g/L,转速为120 r/min,反应时间为75 min,对浓度为1.0 mg/L的含磷污水去除率达到98%,出水总磷浓度为0.02 mg/L,达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002)Ⅰ类水质。动力学分析表明,铁炭法除磷符合零级反应动力学规律。该技术在实验室环境下取得了较好的处理效果,对研究水体中总磷的去除方法有一定参考价值。Phosphorus of water was treated by an iron-carbon method. An L9(34) orthogonal test was carried out to determine the details of the process. The four major factors were found to influence the phosphorus removal efficiency in the order of iron carbon dosage, rotate speed, reaction time, iron-carbon mass ratio. Under the optimized conditions iron-carbon mass ratio of 3/2, iron carbon dosage of 20 g/L, 120 r/rain of rotate speed, 75 minutes of reaction time and 1.0 mg/L initial phosphorus concentration up to 98 % phosphorus removal was achieved. The phosphorus concentration of effluent is 0.02 mg/L which up to standard l water quality of ((Environmental quality standard for surface water)) (GB 3838-2002). The iron-carbon method was found to fit zero-order kinetics. The process achieves good treatment effect on the base of laboratory tests and has reference value for the study of phosphorus removal.
