摘  要:提取胆红素后的废弃物在碱液中水解、酸化得到混合猪胆酸粗品,然后经过甲酯化,乙酰化反应,重结晶得到鹅去氧胆酸甲酯二乙酸酯,最后在碱液条件下水解、酸化得到鹅去氧胆酸。每一批料提取后的剩余物经水解后可以重复使用,不影响新加入的物料的提取操作,提高了收率,可使总收率提高到20%,而且提取过程中不需要使用有毒的苯。After bileirubin was extracted, the litter was added into 10 % NaOH hydrolyszed for 24 h at 100 ℃, and adjusted pH 1-2 with acid 10 % HCI to get to the mixed pig bile acids. Chenodeoxycholic acid was refined to 60 %-70 % with ethyl acetate and petroleum ether, methyl chenodeoxycholanate diacetate was obtained through methyl esterification, acetylation reaction, and recrystallization. Finally, chenodeoxycholic acid(CDCA)was obtained by acidified after hydrolysis. The extraction remainder was recycled to mix with the next batch of material together to extract to improve the yield.
