摘 要:目的:对百色地区壮药积雪草挥发油成分和抗氧化能力研究。方法:通过水蒸气蒸馏法提取积雪草内的挥发油成分,利用气相色谱质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析挥发油的成分。采用二苯代苦味酰自由基(DPPH·)法,测定不同浓度挥发油的抗氧化能力,以EC50为指示。结果:积雪草挥发油的出油率为0.21%,通过GC-MS从积雪草挥发油中共分离鉴定出23种组份,占总含量的99.64%。经检测,积雪草挥发油抗氧化活性随浓度的增加而增大,EC50是7.305 mg/m L。结论:积雪草挥发油具有抗氧化能力,有进一步开发研究价值。The volatile oil was extracted by hydrodistillation method from Centella asiatica and the chemical composition was determined using the method of GC-MS analysis. The antioxidant activity was evaluated by DPPH with different concentration of volatile oil and the EC50 as the index. The yield rate of thevolatile oil from Centella asiatica was 0.21%. There were 23 volatile compounds identified by GC-MS, which accounted for 99.64 % of the whole volatile oil. Studies showed that they have antioxidation ability effects, and the efficiency of the antioxidation ability improved as the concentration of the volatile oil increased. The EC50was about 7.305 mg/mL.
