二硝基重氮酚自动化生产线的研究

摘　　要：为了实现二硝基重氮酚生产过程自动化、完全人机隔离,解决该起爆药在民爆行业少(无)人化安全生产,我公司充分利用现有起爆药装备基础,突破生产装备自动化、智能化和信息化技术瓶颈,开发研制了二硝基重氮酚自动化生产线。结果表明:该自动化生产线各子系统运行良好,各生产工序实现了人机隔离要求,产品产量、质量达到要求。研制的二硝基重氮酚自动化生产线达到生产要求。In order to realize the process automation of DDNP, man-machine isolation, completely solve the initiation less in the explosive industry （not） humanization of production safety, initiating agent of my company make full use of existing equipment foundation, breakthrough, automatic and intelligent production equipment and information technology bottleneck, developed DDNP automatic production lines. Results show that the automatic production line of each subsystem, the production process to achieve the man-machine isolation requirements, product yield and quality requirements. Development of DDNP automatic production line to meet the production requirements.
